A man originally from Mitchell is getting a boost to his piggy bank. Joshua McLaughlin recently won the top prize on a $2 Cash for Life ticket. He’ll be getting $200 dollars a week for life. According to the Mitchell Advocate McLaughlin now lives in Gowanstown.
