A West Perth man is facing charges after police spotted a suspicious vehicle near Cromarty. The OPP says a pickup truck was parked in a laneway Friday night. It started to drive away but was stopped. The 33-year-old driver seemed to be impaired but refused to provide a breath sample. He’s been charged accordingly.
